Job description:
1.As a team leader , Project Manager or main designer in the project ;
2.Accomplish conceptual design of Large or medium-sized public projects and residential district level residential projects independently ;
3.Lead team to accomplish project construction application, developing design, construction drawing cooperation and project site follow-up, guarantee the completion of construction;
4.Coordinate project including funds control, Schedule Development and member arrangement, put forward decisional suggestions in the management of the company ;
5.Communicate with owner ,report and coordinate project independently .
Candidate Requirements:

2.Have at least three years relevant experience being design director in design institute;

6.Have strong abilities of controlling the whole project and managing the team , Have the spirit of team cooperation;
7.Have a persistent pursuit of architecture, have sense of innovation, good design concept and full of energy;
8.First-class registered architect preferred .
